Marriage Licenses require an appointment. Please email your worksheet and photo ID to cheshiretownclerk@cheshirect.gov and we will reach out to schedule your appointment.
Marriage licenses must be obtained in the town where the ceremony will take place. Licenses expire 65 days from the date of issuance.
