The Town of Cheshire recognizes the need to remain competitive with Connecticut cities and towns. It is pleased to grant incentives for new and existing companies that align with the town's planning and economic goals. Real estate property tax and offsite infrastructure assistance have been given to small and large firms in the town's effort to invest in business development.
