Street Excavation Permit Application (PDF): Permit applications can be downloaded, filled out, and dropped off, sent via fax, or mailed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will be returned to the applicant with missing information noted.
Street Excavation Bond (PDF): Contractors will be responsible for posting required Certificates of Insurance and a Town of Cheshire Bond for $10,000 (as of May 1, 2024) before a permit will be issued by Section 14-1(F)(2) of the Cheshire Code of Ordinances.
